Eric M. Nixdorf, the principal of the Firm, holds an LL.M. in Tax from the University of Florida and has over 16 years of experience representing individuals and small businesses before the IRS, and various State tax agencies as well as providing advice regarding the tax implications of various types of transactions. Eric uses his unique combination of expertise in tax, real estate and bankruptcy law, litigation experience and general business knowledge to help clients best negotiate with the various taxing authorities and develop comprehensive solutions to their problems.
IRS and State tax audits involving cases with missing, limited and/or problematic records are one of the Firm's specialties.
