Our target Chapter 11 bankruptcy clientele are typically small to medium sized businesses which could substantially benefit from a Chapter 11 reorganization or orderly liquidation but lack the liquidity to afford the $100k plus retainer fees most large Chapter 11 bankruptcy firms require. Our goal is to provide the level of quality and service you would expect from a large law firm, but at a significantly lower upfront cost, typically up to 50% less than the Chapter 11 retainer fees charged by larger firms. We welcome referrals from both large bankruptcy firms who have Chapter 11 cases which are uneconomical for them to handle, as well as from Chapter 7 and 13 practitioners who do not typically handle Chapter 11 cases.
